Contest Terms and Conditions
Sponsor: Norlite, LLC
· No purchase necessary.
· Contest is open to all enrolled students at participating schools.
· Registration required. Registration form is accessible at www.norlitecommunity.com/school-drawing-contest. Individual classrooms must register in order for students in that classroom to be eligible to participate.
· Contest period dates: Contest opens on the date materials used for preparing a drawing are distributed to the classroom attended by the responding student. Student drawing entries must be submitted within December 12, 2022 - February 3, 2023.. Posting of drawings by sponsor will occur not later than 3 days following the date on which submitting entries has closed for the classroom. Voting will be open February 13 - February 24, 2023. Contest results will be announced by sponsor on February 27, 2023. The winners will receive their prize March 3, 2023. Sponsor reserves the right to change these dates by means of posting on its contest website.
· Materials used for preparing a drawing are provided by the sponsor.
· Entries must be the original creation of the participating student.
· Sponsor reserves the right to not post entries that it deems are defamatory, derogatory or disparaging, that infringe copyright, that violate the publicity or privacy rights of any person or entity, or that contain commercial content.
· All ownership rights in a submitted drawing transfer to sponsor at the time the drawing entry is submitted.
· No entry will be accepted without signed parental or guardian consent on the entry.
· Entries will be collected by sponsor and posted on sponsor’s designated public website for purposes of voting. Individual student names will not be posted.
· Posted entries will be grouped by classes from the registered school in the following respective categories: Group 1: Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten; Group 2: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade; and Group 3: 4th, 5th and 6th Grade.
· Voting is open to all residents of the school districts of registered schools.
· Voting will be by individual voters designating, via the sponsor website where drawing entries are posted, their favorite drawing. Only one vote per voter email address is allowed in each Group.
· Sponsor is not responsible for service interruptions that occur in connection with electronic submission of votes.
· The winning entry in each respective Group will be decided by counting the highest number of “favorite drawing” votes cast in that Group. In the case of tie votes, the winner will be decided by the sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
· Contest winners will be announced by sponsor.
· Each student that has submitted the winning entry in a Group will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
· Any taxes payable by the winner on the winnings are the responsibility of the winner.
